Our pool of staff consists of over 500 catering professionals majorly from the India, Philippines, Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Burma and partly from Europe/Africa. However being a part of the BSM group who has over 27 crew service centers we can employ from a variety of nationality as per our principals requirement.

The selection process is meticulously carried out which involves both theoretical and practical assessment of knowledge and skills of an individual to ensure that an able candidate is selected for the job onboard. All relevant checks on documentations/certification is conducted prior joining of any catering/housekeeping crew and further they undergo the necessary training at the specifically designed training center to ensure that all catering/housekeeping staff will meet the requirements of the intended vessel type and its crew composition.
