Method: Slice bitter gourd and cook in boiling salted water until half done. Set aside. 2. Cook beef in seasoned water until tender. Drain. Saute garlic, tomatoes and onion in cooking oil. Add flour and blend well. Then add beef broth and continue cooking until it thickens. Add ampalaya and cooked beef. Season well. Note: Make a broth about 350 ml by mixing stock cubes and water and heating the mix.
