1. Cook the noodles and drain.
2. Heat the oil in a wok.
3. Add the beef and stir fry for 4 minutes, until almost cooked.
4. Add garlic, onion, carrot, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the beansprouts, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, noodles, and mix well.
6. Heat through and serve.
