Yannis Petrakis

Yannis Petrakis

Managing Director

Yannis Petrakis heads Seachef Hospitality Services since 2021. With over 30 years of experience in the international hospitality industry, he has served some of the world's largest and most prestigious hotel chains in senior executive roles. His skill set ranges from proactive leadership, effective sales and commercial management, and operational financial techniques. Before joining Seachef Hospitality Services, he worked for Marriott International as General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing for nine years.

He holds a Master of Science in International Hotel Management with a specialization in feasibility studies for hotels and tourism projects.

Eva Aristotelous

Eva Aristotelous

Director of Corporate Affairs

Eva Aristotelous is the Director of Corporate Affairs at Seachef Hospitality Services.

She has an extensive experience in the maritime industry and has served the Organisation for almost 20 years in different roles, from Public Relations & Communications Expert to Human Capital Executive, and from Client Relationship Manager to Director of Corporate Affairs. Her skill set ranges from Human Capital, Negotiations, Marketing and Public Relations to Project and Business planning.

She is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).

Sarfaraz Shaikh
Director of Operations
Sarfaraz Shaikh

Director of Operations

Sarfaraz Shaikh heads the Operations of Seachef Hospitality Services. He brings his varied experience in global catering and supply chain operations. Since joining the organization in 2004, he has held a number of key positions, from grass-root operations in catering and purchasing to his current executive position, to which he was appointed in July 2021.

He holds a degree in Hospitality from the Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
