The selection process is meticulously carried out, which involves both theoretical and practical assessment of knowledge and skills of an individual, ensuring the best suited candidate is selected for the job on board. All relevant checks on documentations/certifications are conducted before any hospitality crew joins on board. Further they undergo the necessary training at one of our Maritime Training Centers or at our external training agencies, to ensure all requirements pertaining to the type of vessel they are deployed on and at the same time meeting the vessel owner’s/manager’s set matrix.
Our shore staff keeps a constant watch on the overall performance of the hospitality professionals working on board. They guide them on their weakness and suggest relevant measures while onboard to mitigate any risks and improve their day to day performance. Upon the sign-off of the crew, they may attend various training courses, if needed, to help improve their skills/knowledge on various subjects and help them perform better in their next assignments.
