Boil pork until tender. Season well. Drain and cool. Deep/Shallow fry in a deep frying pan until tiny blisters appear on the skin. Cut into desired pieces and serve with liver sauce. Method For Liver Sauce: Combine liver spread, sugar, vinegar and water. Mix well and set aside. Saute garlic in oil until golden brown. Add liver mixture and continue stirring for 5 minutes. Season well.
