1. Boil eggplants, pumpkin and bitter gourd in enough water until half done. Drain and set aside.
2. Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes in oil until tender. Add the pork and cook till pork is tender. Add bagoong alamang, eggplant , pumpkin, lady finger and bitter gourd. Cook for a few minutes. Cook until sauce is of desired consistency. Graduaaly add beaten eggs. Season well.
