Put all the ingredients in a casserole. Boil until pork is tender. Set aside and prepare the sauce. Method for Sauce : Mix all the ingredients pork broth and cornstarch in a sauce pan. Cook until mixture thickens. Pour sauce over the pork. Serve with calamansi and silver swan soy sauce. Note: Make a broth about 30 ml by mixing stock cubes and water and heating the mix.
