Remove shell and clean. Set aside. Saute in oil the garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add flaked meat, egg, Fish Sauce and seasonings. Stuff into the crab or sugpo shell and sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake for 5 minutes.
