1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, parsley, banana catsup, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tbsp. of the flour. Mix thoroughly and shape into balls.
2. Heat dripping in fry meat balls until golden brown. Set aside. Saute onion. Add remaining flour and curry powder blend util smooth. Add vinegar and water and stirring continuously, bring to a boil. Season to taste with extra salt and pepper. Add meat balls, slices of pineapple and cook for 5 minutes more. Serve with boiled potatoes.
