1. Saute garlic and ginger until golden brown. Add green peas, onion and tomatoes. Cook until tender. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Set aside.
2. Wrap tamarind tops and flowers in a piece of cheese cloth and tie ends. Put all the remaining ingredients and the wrapped tamarind. Bring to boil and add the chicken mixture. Continue cooking until chicken is tender. Correct seasonings. Remove th wrapped tamarind tops. Serve hot.
