Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add ham,chicken, ad shrimps and cook until tender. Add broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Add all the vegetables. Thicken with cornstarch mixture(Dissolved in 1/4 cup of chicken broth.). Add freshly cooked pancit canton (noodles) and mix thoroughly. Continue cooking for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Note: Make a broth about 225 ml by mixing stock cubes and water and heating the mix.
