Soak 1 cup of chole in water overnight,Pressure cook chole, salt, soda bi-carbonate, and 1 bay leaf with 2 cups water. Cook till tender,Drain the chole and save the water.,Mix chole with chilli powder, ground coriander, amchur, garam masala, chana masala and black pepper.Heat a little oil in a pan and add chole and water, boil.When the gravy thickens, add 3 tbsps of oil and stir for a little while. Serve hot.
