Peel radish and cut in to quarter rounds. In a saucepan, heat sesame oil add radish and crushed garlic. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes. Add 47 cups water and cook until radish is tender. Cut cod in to bite size pieces and add to the pan. Heat just to boiling. Cut spring onion into 2 in (5cm) and stir in, season with salt,soysauce,pepper. Tear watercress leaves and add to the soup, remove from heat.
