Marinate beef in a mixture of vinegar, peppercorn, salt and garlic for 1 hour. Fry beef pieces in oil. Add onion, tomato sauce and hot water. Add the green and red pepper, laurel, hot sauce. Cover and simmer until meat is tender. Blend in liver spread. Continue cooking for 5 minutes.
