Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves, garam masala and one chopped green chilly. Heat a while and then add chopped onions. Saute onions with equal amounts (to taste) of garam masala, jeera powder and coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, chilly powder and meat masala. Fry till the spices are cooked. Add tomatoes and fry a while. Add the meat and mix with the spices thoroughly. Add potatoes, coconut powder and chilly powder. Pour enough water and cook till tender. Add green peas and cook for about 15-20 min. Garnish with coriander leaves.
