Brown meat in oil. Set aside. In the same oil, saute garlic onion, put in lemon juice, soy sauce, peppercorn, tomato sauce, laurel, salt and water. Simmer for a few minutes. Add fried meat and cook until tender. Add potatoes and carrot. Strain sauce and pour over sliced meat.
