In a frying pan, saute onion and garlic in oil until half done. Add pork, chicken and cook until tender. Add chicken broth. Thicken with cornstarch mixture( dissolve in half cup broth). Season well and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until vegetables are half done. Note: Make a broth about 225 ml by mixing stock cubes and water and heating the mix.
